On the first Sunday of each month, the Methodist Church collects food and monetary donations for the local food pantry. Drop your donations in the collection baskets as you enter the church building.

Ideas for donations

Small, unbreakable cans or plastic containers are easiest for individuals to carry from the food pantry.

Check expiration dates. Consider the donation will last a considerable time for use by members of our community.

Packaged foods such as canned fruit, dry cereal, peanut butter.

Personal items including soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, razors.

Cleaning supplies including dish soap and laundry detergent.

Cash or checks. Make checks out to The Helper’s Fund, Attn: Food Pantry
